Meditation is a wonderful way to quiet the mind and relax the body. We wash our bodies and clothing however we do very little to dean our energy. Whether your intent is to simply release stress and tension soften a “Type A “ life style enhance your Spirituality become one with your Angels and Guidance or to surround yourself with like- minded adults -- your individual needs will be met. You can easily discover how meditation actually flows and fits in with the hectic pace of our daily lives at all levels of being. This safe and simple technique is easily learned and uses conscious choice to achieve an inner and visible balance while giving a sense of serenity and self-fulfillment. Meditation is a gentle yet effective method of self-empowerment, which easily fits all forms of lifestyles. As this is a means of allowing the body to assist itself back to balance and begin it’s natural healing process, many physicians have urged their patients to seek the peace and direction that begins with daily practice.
Some of the many reported benefits of applying the art of meditation to ones self are: relaxing releasing stress and tension lowering blood pressure relieving anxiety and panic disorder bringing about a restful sleep lessening migraine headaches releasing pain, peace of mind, spiritual growth, self discipline, enriching personal experiences, reducing day to day problems, serf analysis, exploring inner spaces, more     focus in one’s s life, serenity, calming, setting and attaining goals, emotional cleansing and balance, unlocking one’s creativity, removing blocks to growth and work, anger management and much more. Concentration and focus are the foundation of this work you will realize many positive results with a daily practice. Even 5 - 10 minutes each day will be very rewarding. Some examples are: focus on your breath, counting, color, shapes, an object, silence, music, toning, affirmations, visualizations, guided, journaling, moving (walking, Yoga, Tai chi, Chi Quong) and much more.
