Bio: on Lou Stich

Lou Stich has served as the Administrator of Heritage Manor of Lockport and Heritage Estates of Lockport since November 1988
.

Lou was born and raised in Cheektowaga, NY.  He graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Gerontology. He continued his studies at UB and receive a Masters of Education from the School of Health Related Professionals.

Mr. Stich serves on the board of Directors of Lockport Meals-on-Wheels. He is active in the United Way, CROP Walk and other voluntary agencies.

Lou resides in Lockport, NY with his wife Annie and their two children John and Lauren.

Located on seven-acre site near East High Street and Davison Road, is one of Niagara County’s finest senior housing projects.  On the property is a 64-bed adult care facility called Heritage Manor of Lockport and a 24 - unit independent housing project called Heritage Estates of Lockport.

The adult home provides a supportive setting for seniors who find it difficult to be alone. Amenities include 24 hour personal care, gracious meal service three times a day, daily housekeeping, laundry, and interesting program of activities.  The facility provides assistance with the activates of daily living while stressing a residential setting.

Surrounding the adult home are twelve buildings that provide independent housing for active seniors.  Each apartment is approximately 1200 square feet and includes two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room and first floor laundry. The apartments provide a care free life style for seniors on the go.
