My goal is to provide you with the knowledge and ability to adapt to a proactive approach to your total, well-being. Classes and individual
consultations will help you understand more clearly what is required in your life to establish harmony, health, and wellness on an ongoing basis.

Wellness Consultation
A personal wellness evaluation and assessment. Together we will assess your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. We will mutually create an appropriate plan of care that focuses on health promotion, recovery, restoration, and optimal well-being. Each person is assessed using appropriate traditional and holistic methods, while the uniqueness of the person is honored.


- Initial Consultation (1-1.5 hours)
-Follow-up Visits      .5-1 hour)

 Nutritional Consultation
This is a personal evaluation of your dietary patterns and nutritional intake with particular attention given to bow diet affects your health and well being. Specific health conditions are explored from a nutritional perspective. The focus is on areas of food choices, adequate vitamin and mineral intake, weight gain or loss, illness prevention, and improvement.
