When:
Three day weekend camps (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)  - $75 pp

Five day camps offered Monday-Friday. Camps run for 2 hours a day, plus pre and post assessment- $180 pp

Who Can benefit: Male and female athletes in grades 6 through college who want to
                             improve their speed and abilities in any sport which they participate.

Where: We can use your athletic facility (we are self insured) or we have access to the
             Destroyer’s training facility in Amherst.

Camp Descriptions


3 Day

Day 1
·40 yard dash timing
·Assessments of strengths and areas of need
·Posture Development

Day 2
·Review of posture development
·Learn about and practice Force Application in order to improve efficiency when planting feet to run.
·Learn about and practice Rhythm Running in order to coordinate the upper and lower body with over exaggerated running form. This is to reprogram the body with new running skills.

Day 3
·Work on “Explosive First Step” in order to assists the athlete in exploding off the line, and changing directions. This is to program “real game” situations into athlete.
·Review previous days’ applications



5 Day Camp Description

Day 1
40 yard dash timing
Assessments of strengths and areas of need
Posture Development

Day 2
Review of posture development
Learn about and practice Force Application in order to improve efficiency when planting feet to run.
Rhythm Running- Coordinating upper and lower body with over exaggerated
Running form. This is to reprogram the body with new running skills.

Day 3
Work on “Explosive First Step”
This assists the athlete in exploding off the line, and changing directions. This is to program “real game” situations into athlete.

Day 4
Demonstrate and practice Plyonetrics to increase elasticity of muscle. More elasticity= faster contractions= greater speed.

Day 5
Post Assessment Combine
Retake 40 yard dash time and compare to day one
Analysis of each athlete and



Individual or Group Training also available at the Pepsi Center in Amherst.

·An initial assessment is done, and an individualized plan is put into place for each athlete.
·These sessions run once a week, after school, and can be sport specific, to enhance an athlete’s performance in any endeavor.
·Sessions can be scheduled around the athlete’s sporting schedule.
·Rates are $25 per hour per person.
