Following is our current class schedule. As you can see, we have quite a selection of wonderful classes for your wellness and spirituality and I am thrilled to announce that we have added on a few new classes as well. I hope to see ALL OF YOU very soon!
REIKI EXCHANGE GROUP Join us for our monthly Reiki exchange. This informal group is appropriate for all level Reiki healers (newcomers welcome). Meet other healers, give and receive Reiki, which is an excellent way to keep your skills highly tuned as well as your own vibration high and clear. We meet every each 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m.; complementary teas and refreshments. Please feel free to bring a snack to share as well as business cards to network among your peers. Location: The Reiki Healing Center and Lemuria Gift Store, 85 S. Union Street, Spencerport, N.Y. LOSS and GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP If you have lost a loved one to death, divorce or by some other means, come and find comfort in this warm and welcoming group. You are free to share your experiences and feelings or simply observe, as you wish. Facilitated by certified counselors, includes a discussion and brief meditation to invite comfort and solace into your heart.
MEDITATION CIRCLE In our busy and hectic lives, one hour of meditation each week can center and balance us in powerful ways. Join this weekly meditation group as often as your schedule allows; there is no commitment necessary and participation is on a drop-in basis. GERMAN CIRCLE This is for connecting those that like hearing or speaking German, some poetry, traditions, recipes, and memories. The group will bring forward the direction of the group. Relive memories of what mother used to say and do, her recipes, songs………………….. This is for all interested parties and not depending on how much German you speak or understand, and any age group. Bring along friends…………………………….

We are just confirming the time and dates of our Drumming Circle, looks like it will be Thursday PM each week with Catherine Staub. A German Circle with Barbara and Ursula, Tuesday evenings once a month, Loss and Grief Group weekly, will be probably Wednesday or Thursday evening, the counselors Brenda and Marjory have not decided yet.
We already have a successful Hatha Yoga Group meeting each Monday evening from 6.30, to join them call Kim Williams 964.8473 or myself 349-3400.
