Bio on: David Walkowiak:
David has been with Independent Health for five years, and has over twenty years of experience in wellness, health and fitness. He holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive clinical and management experience in behavioral health.
David is currently completing the requirements for his certification as a personal fitness trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Santa Barbara, CA. David is a competitive natural bodybuilder, and was the overall winner of the 2002 Can/Am Natural Bodybuilding Championships. David has a strong passion for fitness and an understanding of how to motivate individuals in adopting healthy lifestyles.
