Learn the easy hands on healing and relaxation method of the Usui system of Reiki. Reiki can be used on oneself or others as well as plants, animals and food. Topics covered in the day long workshop include:

. Introduction to the 7 major chakras
. Reiki hand positions
. Reiki 1 attunement
