Long Term Care services are very expensive. Therefore, it is critical to truly understand not only the costs that your policy may require, but also the costs of nursing homes, etc., in your or your family members’ area. Quality nursing homes are almost always filled to capacity and they are consequently able to command a hefty fee for services.

  • · Describe the carriers’ claims process?
  • · What percentage of claims that have been filed are paid
