Born in Buffalo and have lived here most of my life.

Married to Sandra and we have two children – Alex is 18 and Alanna is 16.

    • 2002-present :
    • Real Estate Broker at MJ Peterson Real Estate.
    • My focus is on all aspects of owner-occupied residential real estate with a specialized program for elders and their caregivers.  I have also organized and implemented a self-sufficient support team for all of my sales activities.
    • 1990-2002:
    • Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX Real Estate
    • Sales in the following areas: residential, investment and commercial real estate. Although less known in Western New York, RE/MAX has the largest market share in North America.

      • Campaign Leader for a $1.3 million fund raising campaign at my church to modernize our building, add classrooms and bathrooms and improve accessibility.
      • Volunteer for Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts in many capacities since 1996 including Committee Chairman and Cub Master.
      • Coached a variety of sports for kids.

  • 2001–2002  Young at Heart Foundation – this organization provide live music which was popular in the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s for nursing home residents throughout Western New York.

    Admitted to RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2001 for generating commission dollars in excess of $1,000,000.

     

    Received top agent award for the company at MJ Peterson in 2003, 2005 and 2006.
