		Mr. Frank DeCarlo is the owner of Paragon Restoration Group Inc, a company that specializes in Insurance restoration work such as fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, and general remodeling. Frank has been in the construction business for over 35 years, 25 of those years as an insurance repair professional. Frank is one of the leading experts in the field of insurance property restoration in Western New York. His accomplishments are as follows: In 1996 he was awarded the highest certification in the insurance repair profession by the National Institute of Disaster Restoration. The title of Certified Restorer was given to Frank after extensive training, testing, authoring of a thesis, and ethics review. Frank is the only board certified restorer in Western New York and is approximately one of 600 in the world. In addition, Mr. DeCarlo is also board certified through the American Indoor Air Quality Council as a Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor. He is a registered thermographer, and a 2001 graduate of the CEL Core program sponsored by the State University of New York School of Business Management.
