The Professional Skills Center (PSC) for Training and Development
We help individuals to identify the workplace competencies and technical skills they need for career mobility and success. These development options include skills training, advanced credentials or designations, licenses, certifications and continuing education CE coursework that is specific to their function. Our PSC representatives guide the person to select the training program that meets their development plans and best meets their schedule and learning preferences. Each participant’s progress is measured with initial and post session assessments, and progress is recorded in the clients Professional Development Account and summarized in annual statements. Employer relationships also receive consultative support for customized group-training proposals and pricing packages.
