This TV show, hosted by Lester Robinson of, “The ABC’s of Insurance” interviewed Lawrence R. Mietus, M.A. of Bryant & Stratton College. The part 3 of this TV series reviews how HR Solutions helps students, graduates and people presently employed to get a better job in the local job market. Larry explains how the HR Solutions works to help out local business, and local people to update there job skills, and get career advancement. Larry also explains that the HR Solutions for a small business can be used as a Human Recourse department for small business. Larry also explains how Bryant & Stratton College is always updating their program to meet the local needs of employers and employee’s. In the interview we review continuing education classes offered by the college. The main focus of the continuing education classes is to give the student valuable information that the student can take right back to the work place, and help increase their personal income. They also offer many different licensing classes. The major goal is to have their students pass on the first time. If the students do the program correctly, they have about a 95 percent rate of success with their licensing classes. This is higher than other licensing classes. They also have higher paying jobs after being in the HR solutions program. They are always reviewing the classes with past students, and employer on how to improve the class.
