Les Robinson of the Northwoods Agency and his guest will be Frank Decarlo of BBNY. He will be talking about the lawsuit of Labor Law 240 / 241. Frank DeCarlo is the President of BBNY and the organization is working on changing Labor Law 240 / 241. The main goal of this lawsuit is to reduce the cost of liability insurance in New York State. The other goal is to reduce the cost of doing business in New York State. Frank explains why this lawsuit is very important to all New York State residents and businesses.
